Starbuck at The Village of Castle Pines is a neighborhood of 43 detached homes within the larger community of The Village at Castle Pines, Colorado. Starbuck comprises an area of 23.14 acres, with about one-third devoted to open space.

Homes in the Starbuck development were built between 1995 and 2001 by Austin Signature Homes. A copy of the developer’s marketing brochure, the “Starbuck Community Map” showing the acreage of each lot, and the Improvement Survey Plat of each lot are posted under “Public Documents“. You will also find basic information about our neighborhood and the Starbuck Homes Association under the “About” tab.
